Excursion Included: Alicante Bullring  Tour

At the indicated time, you'll have to make your way to the Puerta Grande of the Alicante Bullring and start a perfect tour to learn about the city's bullfighting tradition.

Equipped with an audioguide, you'll first look at the modernist style of the bullring, where you'll see numerous architectural elements of Islamic culture in the horseshoe arches, columns and ornamental details. Did you know that it's a cultural and architectural emblem in the province of Alicante?

During the visit, you'll get to learn about a large part of the history of bullfighting in Alicante, going back to the 19th century and the events and performances of the great bullfighters that have taken place in the bullring.

Once inside, you'll visit the bullring, pass through the different levels of seats and see the corrales where the bulls are kept before a fight, and the chapel. You can also head to the Bullfighting Museum, where you'll find all kinds of jewels such as capes, bullfighting costumes, historical objects and paintings of great importance, perfect for lovers of this art!
